Concrete textured panels (Expo 2018)

In collaboration with Korenaga Shoji Co., Ltd., a user of our EXF-12 system, we participated in the production of some of the seawater concrete panels used in the signature pavilion "An Adventure in the Cycle of Life" (Producer: Shoji Kawamori) at the Osaka-Kansai Expo.

In this project, we developed high-precision textured panels utilizing 3D printing technology to maximize the expressive potential of concrete made from seawater. This project challenged new areas of architectural expression and provided practical manufacturing support through co-creation with user companies. This expertise is also being shared with "BOLDGYM ACADEMY," a corporate manufacturing training gym operated by ExtraBold.
