Our company's REX-BUTLER has produced Masako Ban's accessory "3D Maysa." It is currently on display and for sale at Ginza Matsuya's "acrylic, masako Ban “minimum +α / vol.22”" from May 6th to 12th.

3D Maysa will be exhibited and sold from May 6th to 12th at Matsuya Ginza 7F, Asobi Gallery 1979.

ExtraBold Co., Ltd. collaborated with Masako Ban of the accessory brand " acrylic " to create new accessories, using our collaborative robotic 3D printer " REX-BUTLER " to produce the works.

This piece utilizes "DURABIO™," a plant-derived bioplastic from Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. By leveraging its transparency and unique layered structure, it achieves an unprecedentedly light and airy accessory design.

The accessories created for this project were named "3D Maysa," after our company member "Maysa" (Maysa is on the left in the second photo below, and Masako Ban is on the right), who was in charge of the project. The fact that we were able to complete everything from design proposals to 3D data creation and manufacturing in such a short period of time is due to the flexible digital fabrication capabilities of REX-BUTLER, which allows the use of various materials, and Maysa's design and 3D modeling skills.

ExtraBold is extremely honored that the project name includes the names of the members in charge.

"3D Maysa" is available for purchase at the event "acrylic, masako Ban “minimum +α / vol.22”" being held at Matsuya Ginza from May 6th (Wednesday, substitute holiday) to May 12th (Tuesday), 2026.

Please come to the venue and see the new accessory designs made possible by 3D printing.
